Children of the Myth Machine series

First Book of the Children of the Myth Machine series

If we cannot find our imagination we will create it…

Terren Foe is sent to the world Terra Verte to help the Queen of Caelum capture the notorious slaver, Thrain. But he’s half machine and machinery doesn’t work on the surface of the planet. As he becomes more reliant on the Queen his adoration for her grows. Now he isn’t sure he can complete his second task. The one that will betray her trust.

I stood before the Queen of Caelum, inside her thin-layered canvas tent, enthralled.  She was draped over the crimson cushioning of the elegant throne chair with her chin resting leisurely in her right palm.  Her head tilted, so that her long golden hair parted to show her welcoming smile and sparkling, knowing green eyes.  The runes of a gold circlet were just visible under her bangs.  Her hair flowed over her shoulders where the tips partially covered a parakeet green bikini top.  Where the string of her bikini met between her breasts I saw the symbol of a circle with four hooks that ended in ellipses.   My eye followed lower to her linea alba as it empathized her incredibly toned abdomen and lower to where her belly button was hidden by a brilliant ruby.  A short gold sash with strands of pearls covered her naval overtop a translucent lime green skirt that hid nothing of her extremely tone thighs.

“You are here to capture Thrain?” she asked in a noble voice full of charm.
